Why plastic bags and packing tapes are important?

Always keep the wine bottle in at least two plastic bags. Thus, even if the bottle gets broken accidentally, the spill won’t be able to damage the other items of your luggage. Also make sure that you are using the packing tape and creating a tight seal so that the plastic bag always remains secured.

Usefulness of a box

It would also be advisable to keep the bottle in a box. Stuff it with packing peanuts and dispense the same on all sides of the box. Use the packing tape once again and fasten the box. You can even wrap the box with any kind of clothing, such as sweatshirt, towel, etc.

And last but not the least, while placing the box on the suitcase, always ensure whether soft items are there on each side of the box. These spongy things act as a cushion and hence it would always be a wise decision to place it on every side of the box.
